St. Clair Shores is a suburban city bordering Lake St. Clair and is located approximately 13 miles (21 km) northeast of downtown Detroit. As of the 2010 census, the city had a total population of 59,715. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 14.2 square miles (37 km2), of which 11.5 square miles (30 km2) is land and 2.7 square miles (7.0 km2) (19.09%) is water. A notable feature of St. Clair Shores is its 14 miles (23 km) of canals. As of the census 2010, there were 27,024 households, and 17,283 families residing in the city.

Eastpointe (formerly East Detroit) is a suburban city in Macomb County. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 32,442. It borders on 8 Mile Road on the northern edge of Detroit. According to the United States Census Bureau the city has a total area of 5.1 square miles (13 km2), all land. As of the census of 2000, there were 34,077 people, 13,595 households, and 8,959 families residing in the city.

According to the 2010 United States Census Bureau, the City has a population of 14,480 citizens. The census reported 6,105 households and 3,954 families residing in Fraser with an average population density of 1,557 per square mile. Fraser is shaped nearly square with clearly defined boundaries.
